where is the best place for injection to get the most test in you body. im using test e on a 10 week cycle. what is better injection site, glutes, delts, quad?

If it's your first time pinning i'd stick w/the delts. The quads are going to hurt for a few days if your pinning into virgin muscle, especially the quads. Atleast mine did. The delts are always a good spot and since your only pinning every 3.5 days then i'd stick w/the delts.

I inject all over (less bis and calf) and I usually inject the stuff that is most painful(prop, tren , suspend test, winny) and I have found that my lats hurt the least. quads seem to be the worse.
