8 am 30 mins cardio
9am bowl of oats and low carb protein sake
12am 6 egg white ommlete
2pm chicken breast rice
5pm tuna and brocoli
6pm train protein shake
8pm chciken breast rice
10 pm protein shake
my diet is ok i just find it so hard to lean up

sorry missed that out 2ml of sust 300 pw but i wana lean so was goign to leave that out it doing my head in just can not get the hard lean look i want
