    South of the border

    Im thinking about taking a trip on the mexican black bird...... Is it true about gear down there, that its all fake or hard to come by? Anyone been recently and want to share their experience?

    I would be real careful in MEX right now unless you know some people there or have an inside source. It's dangerous down there right now with these cartel wars going on.

    yes a lot of violence and standard street smart will not keep you safe.

    anyways. it was popular to get steroids down there but the scammers caught on and there are plenty of fakes in places where you think it was real.

    Consider ransom money and what your life is worth.
    When you factor that in, along with gas etc... its far cheaper to just pay 3X what your regular source is asking for.

    PS Those crazy mexicans with their "cartels" and "weapons" don't really care if youre 300 and 6'8.

    If you are there on vacation, and want to do some while you are there, find a local vet. The vet I found did his med school in the us, so he spoke perfect english. He treated me very well!
