My anavar/tbol cycle!
Im just about to finsh my 8 week cycle of anavar /tbol in a few days so I thought Id post my experience considering all of the other posts and questions about both of these compounds that I have been reading lately.
Ill try to make it simple and to the point.
First of all, I will be 40 in June, 5'7 and weigh between 183 and 187. My goals with this cycle were to gain as much lean muscle and drop as much bf as possible.
I ran 80mg of anavar and 50mg of tbol each day split up equally in 2 doses about 12 hours apart. I started around the first week of April and will finish in the next few days.
My diet was very strict. My cals were anywhere between 2000 and 2300/day with high protein and low carbs/fats. Weights were 4-5 days and cardio was 5-6 days on the elpitical only!
Other supplements include : whey protein, multi, vitamin c, taurine, l-arg/l-orn, glucosamine, bcaas, and life support by A.I. which were taken in the am and just before bed.
I really started to feel and see results at the end of the second week. My strength went up on the slow side but my endurance to go that extra set or rep was intense by the third week. As did getting vascular.
By the 4th week my muscles were literally pumped up all day long and after a quick warm-up on training days I looked like a monster!
Within the final 4 weeks my strength continued to go up slowly, my midsection started to get leaner and leaner and my arms were totally vascular.
Here are key positive points :
steady strength gains
increased vascularity
increased fat loss
increased stamina and endurance
I hope you guys didnt think that there was no negative points but sorry to say that there are a few, lol..
loss of libido ( better have something on hand for this )
minor stomach discomfort for a few days in week 6
night sweats that started in week 5 ( plan on showering a lot )
increased aggression ( very short fuse )
I chose this cycle over a simple test cycle because I do not like needles, do not want acne, and/or any water retention.
For pct I will be running clomid @ 100/100/50/50 and nolva @ 40/40/20/20 as well as taking a little kre-alkilyn creatine.
For the most part I can say that I see and feel like a million bucks, considering my age. But I know that the journey does not stop here.

Regardless of this cycle, I could not have gotten here without proper training, cardio, and a solid diet.....

Have you had any blood work done? I'm wondering about your liver.
What kind of strength increases have you seen? Give us an example based on certain lifts before cycle and now at this point in your cycle.

nice update there POPS! post some pics if u dun mind. i did var/tbol cycles in the past and have had similar results.. im happy for u mate. keep training hard and eating right..

today I did chest/biceps and felt just as good as last week. Still pumped up and vascular. Night sweats have gone away. I am also a lot calmer than the pase few months. I was a complete psycho, lol!
Im on day 7 of pct. Hopefully libido comes back with the quickness. My 1 year anaversary is this Sunday and I CANNNOT dissappoint the misses!!!!
Btw, would a glass or 2 of red wine be a complete killer?? I dont really think so, but its my anaversary......and I have not had a drop during my cycle...
any comments??

Yes there are oral cycles that are great...Not everyone is a hard core BB.
I hate these parrots who say you must use test...what shit,Arnold back in the day use to cycle with no test,he got more P U S S Y than any other guy on this forum.

But like I said, the journey does not stop here.
I ate probably 5k cals of garbage on Sunday cause of the holiday and let me tell you that yesterday I felt like crap.
Back to work...

Gotta let loose once in awhile man, atleast you enjoyed it right? haha.
Im glad you had good results with your var and tbol. I just started my Var 2 days ago. I beleive im having a strong placebo effect, my flat bench is up 30 lbs. In fact all my lifts today were up a good 10-15 lbs and I feel like my core is hard as a rock.
Runnin Var only at 50 mg a day.

if you have enough, bump it to 70-80mg/day split up in 2 equal doses. Dont waste you time and $ on 50mg/day. Youll thank me at the end, lol....
They say that as little as 20-30mg/day of var can hurt your libido. So you might as well get as strong as you can in the time you have, ya know?

totally agree goose!! reckon as long as the users know what oral cycles they are doing and to achieve their target goals, then its not all about using test. haha. Arnie used to pop dbol pills like vitamins!! :P
