I worked my way up to 1cc by the second week.

Two weeks on, two weeks off.

Now I am up to 1.5cc ed. I start my 3rd two-week run in 5 days.

thremoblend or helios or (sh*t I cant think of the other name). I have had it and it works pretty well. shot with an insulin needle into your abdominal area. I had the small .5cc insulin needles and I would fill them up all the way and shot half into one side of my abdominal fat and the other half in the other side. but I think mine was 100mcg/ml and 8.2 mg/ml yohimbine. It did not give me the shakes as bad as orals did, but it also did not give me the fast acting pick me up as well. I found it worked as well as lions clen /t3 combo but I did not have to mess with the t3. but it was more costly. all things considered I would get it again if it was easy to obtain at the right price.

i took a half today and how should i up it 1/10 a cc a day?

Yeah I went up about 1/10cc until I made it to 1cc. Then I ran it at 1cc for the rest of the two weeks. on my second two week cycle, I started at .8cc, and worked my way up to 1.5cc. Now I am going to start at 1cc, and hopefully work my way up to 2cc

Helios is made for spot reduction. But the effect is minimal. You won't notice it unless you have very low bf to begin with.
