I have 0 cycles and just have suggestion on what's good. I'm aiming for lean muscle but I want to pretty much have a runners/swimmers body. Not really trying to bulk too much. Any help or suggestions to the newbie?? =p thanks!

Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.
Stats consist of:
Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training
Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
