Week 4: Nolva 10mg/day

what you guys think about that.

how can i add ifg and pgcl to a cycle.

Please comment of this idea i want to start asap.

Your pct is weak you need to add clomid, something like this would work better:

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

And you need to stick to one compound on your first cycle to see how your body reacts...

That one compound being test...

Your first cycle should be one compound as matt said. The best compound for a first cycle would be test followed by a standard pct of nolva/clomid

It would be abit late to do pct for a cycle you did 8 months ago..

Getting your bloodworks done wouldnt be a bad idea, but you'd know about it if something was wrong imo..

Due to my job (construction) i endup with some joint pain. should i include deca if i should how would it go.

Keep your first cycle simple. Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, rest, PCT, done. You have no idea how your body will react to these powerful compounds. If you have problems with multiple compounds you'll have no idea which is causing the problem. Keep the first cycle simple and be patient. There will be more cycles to come.
