    Clen question

    I got some Clen and was wondering how do you take it? Lets say you take 60mcg per day do you take it all at once? or do you space it out?

    it really up to you try both ways and see what you think....i personaly like to take it all at once and enjoy the boost it gives me first thing in the a.m. plus i have no sleep issues this way....

    Yeah like he said it's up to you, try it out. Some people don't like the way it makes them feel, personally I love it. If it messes with your sleep you should take it all in the morning.
