    this always happens!

    Everytime i do a cycle, on my 3rd right now, previous cycles were not proper, you can look up my other threads if you want to see what they were.

    anyway i set in my mind that im going to cut, which i feel i should, i think im about 15-18% bf. but when im on the cycle i just eat like its a bulking cycle because i feel like its a waste if i dont bulk, do you know what i mean?

    even tho i'd still put on some lean muscle if i eat right and also lower my bf%

    i know its in the diet and can eat proper, not that im not, probably just to many carbs to drop my bf %

    any tips on what i can do with my mind set, and does anyone else feel this way?

    its practically up to your metabolism. when i do steroids even if i bulk and i keep diet clean i am partially cut. just make sure you have your goal and just follow that. don't get lost on your way because you'll never achive your goals if you run on 3 different roads.

    A) Youre too young. WTF did you do 2 cycles before? And youre only asking questions NOW?
    B) Your body fat is really too high.

    You can check out the diet section. You can still eat like a monster and cut, you just need to be eating the right things and at the right times. Do things like trim the fat off meat (if youre not already doing so. Amazed by fat people who EAT FAT, yet are amazed why theyre fat!), and also chicken etc. Pork is probably something youd want to be careful with (cause frankly its not tastey without the fat!). And youve already noted carbs. Vegetables and fruit are excellent. No one gets fat from eating too much of those.

    thatguyyeahim - i appreciate your concern with my age, im nearly 21, not that it makes much of a difference. i know my body fat is two high, i think im closer to 15 than 18.

    well you give me some piece of mind, i have been looking at the diet section, im eating the right foods, very little fat in my diet, ill give you a basic run down

    1st meal 730am
    1/2 cup of oats and protein shake or 6eggs 4 white 2 whole, 3 pieces of multi-grain toast
    2nd meal 10am
    2 cans of breast chicken or tuna + banana
    3rd meal 11:30am
    bowl of rice and chicken with maybe some green beans or broccoli
    4th meal -2:30-3pm
    1 chicken sandwich
    5th meal 5:15
    protein shake and NO explode +banana
    530 TRAIN
    6th meal 7pm
    protein shake with milk
    7th meal 730pm
    steak or chicken breast with rice or pasta or sweet potato w/veg
    8th meal before bed 930
    low fat yogurt

    i know this should be in diet section but im here now

    i just feel like im carb loaded alot more than usual and feel yuk.
    dont know what i need to change

    im thinking to add 30mins of cardio X 3 a week
