I read the thread here. And I have few questions since it is closed:

I also feel that a long acting ester test is best for a first or even a second cycle. The reason is because of the amount of injections that are required by SUS, Prop, and Suspension.

I don't understand this paragraph. Can anybody help?

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

He said I use PCT below . So I don't understand what is Day 1 ?? Day 1 after finishing the cycle? Also he said he believes in using Anti-Estorgen 2 weeks before cycle and running a serm during the cycle.

So this quote above is totally mysterious to me.

Cycle 1:
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

How long does the cycle take ? 12 days?? I thought you do first cycle for 8-10 weeks.

Again He said start PCT 2 weeks after last Test E shot , which contradicts with PCT protocol he said.

Maybe there are somethings I can't see in the post , so please be patient with me because I am a totla newbie

The first paragraph is telling you that if you run a long acting ester like, test e/c then you will only have to inject twice every week. Apposed to a short acting ester where the injections would be every day or every other day...

If you run test e/c then pct would be a standard one, clomid and nolva. This would start either 14 or 18 days after your last injection depending on which test you choose. An ai is always better to keep on hand imo...

The example you have given is for 10 weeks, 1 - 10, is week one to ten..
Because his example is test e then yes his pct would start 14 days after his last shot..

So how about the pre-cycle Nolva? How is it done? So If I inject Test E twice a week , does this mean 250 ml every 3-4 days??

I dont see any need to run nolva pre cycle, unless your gyno prone...

If you were to run test e at 500mgs a week then you'd split that into two shots @ 250mgs per shot every 3.5 days...

Your gettting your ml and mgs mixed up...

So Nolva two weeks after last injection. But yet he said to take it during the cycle. Which one is true??

Also what is this day 1-30 and day 37 Nolva PCT.

Is this article correct and doesn't contradict itself? His PCT protocol is not understandable. Can you please give me a link to a better written Newbie cycle??

The Pheednos PCT protocol is very complex to understand. And I shouldnt take any anti-estrogen during the cycle for protective measures? Or HCG to prevent nuts from shrinking??

Been training for 4 years. Very experienced in diet and exercising. But still very confused about what to take with Test E and DBOL : Nolva? Arimidex? L-DEX ? HCG ? ..etc,
Also can't find a clear PCT protocol.
