gyno question help!!

this is for my cuz...

1st he done 2 pre cycles

1 was test c/var/winny for 12 weeks didnt get any signs of gyno.

2nd was sust/deca/androl for 15 weeks again never got signs of gyno.

this time was: test e 500mg/wk tren e 400mg/wk gyno came!!

now on week 5 of the cycle and 2wks ago he started to get sore nips and lumps under both nips. been taking adex 0.5mg/ed and prami 0.5mg/ed for the last 2 weeks and hasnt done anything.. he has letro and aromasin if needed? he has got 5 more weeks of tren left and 10 weeks of test left.

what should he do??? is it the tren that has done this?

i would say stay on the adex and prami untill end of tren then swap the adex for letro and see if lumps go? but not sure?

I'd start aromasin and up the dosage of prami..... not sure if the prami is underdosed or what. If it doesn't help..... i'd stop the tren. No sense in keeping it if you're gunna get bitch tits.....
