Need acne help ASAP!!!

I am hoping to get a Very very good job, I have to do a physical (run, pushups, etc) in about a month. I am in the middle of cycle right now, my back is broken out terribly, I need to see a doctor before hand to say i am healthy enough for physical, so I really need my acne cleared up ASAP. Need some tips, thanks in advance .

back acne will not at all effect a physical, l would just tell him its something youve had a problem with since your teens, see if he will prescribe you something for it.

otherwise keep clean and wash sheets often.

check out acne annihilator by platinum labz. we have used it for some time and it works. results have been tremendous from many including those I personally work with.

Accutane clears me up FAST...... within a week it's drying them up and after around 2 weeks im clear.....

If you can afford it, go to the tanning salon. Tanning will help dry out your skin, and should help clear your back up.

Also don't forget to exfoliate. It sounds girly but as men our pores clog up and exfoliating helps clear them. No clogged pores is always helpful.

It's easy too. Walmart sells back scrubbers. I like to use apricot exfoliating soap as well.

hey I have no real defense but it does work. Lol and apricot isn't the scent per say. It's soap made with ground up apricot seeds. It works lol

But yeah it's pretty femanine but hey I'd rather use it and be acne free

All jokes aside, yeah exfoliating does help. Though in this chaps case Id accutane and incorporate that with the excuse that youve been suffering with it since you were a teen.

Theyre not going to deny you a job just because youve got some acne.

being out in the sun helps. the uv in sunlight kills bactiria on the skin.

i usually chill in the garden a few hours when the weather is nice while im waiting for the medication to work.

You could find some over the counter Benzyl Peroxide .. Benzyl-peroxide is the main ingredient in most acne creams .. Effective and Inexpensive...

Nizoral shampoo works wonders for baldness and acne. Rub the shampoo on effected area leavit on couple mins and rinse.

Dawn dish soap! I've tried everything imaginable, now I tan some, exfoliate some and use Dawn morning, noon and night. Besides washing with it, I've started experimenting with dabbing a little on an especially bad breakout and then letting it dry through the day, it works great but you have to be careful not to overdry your skin.

rubbing alcohol was the only thing that would work for me in my teen years. tried everything and just wasted money. (reminds me of the supplement business) just pour some onto wash cloth and wipe down it will dry it up no doubt

The stinging from the alcohol probably felt good compared to the pain in his muscles

I used benzyl peroxide 10% soap, dried me out but the acne kept coming. Tried Acne Annihilator, it helped but the acne came in welts. Tried alcohol, hurt like a mother on my open acne. I finally went to the Dr and got accutane. 40mg for 4 weeks and I was 90% clear.

a lot of people get acne w/o using steroids so don't feel like it's some sort of dead giveaway. Besides medications if you go tanning that can help, also if your gym has a pool do some cardio in there everyday that will dry u the fvck out.

There are two ways i know that will help get rid of and keep acne away, Cod liver oil pills, i take one everynight, and going to a sauna for a while each day if you can, or atleast once a week will help

I started taking steroids about 8 months ago.
That was my first time, i took it for about 1 month and then i stopped because i started to swell up on my butt like crazy and it was painful. So i stopped that.
I believe i was on test e and eq
Then i started to take hgh for 3 months.
I am not currently not on anything but now i have acne like crazy on my face a little bit on my chest but it is really bad on my face.

** i never took pct or arimidex before
** if i should take arimidex how much should i take?
** where is a reliable place where i can get it from?

Please does anyone have any suggestions for me on how i can get rid of the acne.
I will really appreciate any advice, someone please help me!
