Pls read advice which cycle should do?
I was wondering which cycle should i follow. Im already on a strict diet.
First option is a 1-12w 600 test en ewith 1-4w 30dbol.
or should a do a cycle anavar with tbol. or i test with anavar.
I used to doing shots every other day. familiar with im injection.
or dnp
25 years. 205 lbs, bf 15-18%, bench max 340 able to workout evening and do morning cardio.
I also have a full time construction job which drain alot of my energy.
I know i need a tan.

I think you are closer to 18% or higher. If I was going to run a cycle I would do the test e and d-bol. You wouldn't want to do a oral only cycle and you for sure wouldn't want to run 2 orals at the same time. I would get my bf down to 12 to 14% before a cycle. Keep up the good diet

No offence meant but your not ready to jump on a cycle. Your diet isnt strict and i dont know how your training is but you can't really tell you workout.
Hang around in the diet and training forums. There is lots of good info in there

this is me but 15lbs lighter. i did 5 week of test without pct my mistake. a gained 15 from engagement. but getting back there strict diet full time challenging job caring window whole day.

My friend bougth a 20 lm test blend a we each took two shoots i week. i didnt knew about the forum or that was a pct. but i got engaged and a new job that took all my time until a said enough. This is my second week with 2500 kcal a day. which is a challenge for me at 210. My workout were very intense one bodyparts a week. 3 sets of 10 reps. 3 exer per body part. almost did 400lbs bench. now i have to gorkout out a little lighter due to my job next day.
I need something to give me more energy to work full day and workout.

Look into some Clen than. I would say to run clen before you cycle with that high of BF. I just stared clen and it gives me tons of energy. I am going to run it 2weeks on 2 weeks off. If your diet is in check and you run clen the weight should come off easy.

You gained pretty decent results before. How long ago was that pic taken? If it wasnt taken 5 years ago or something, you should be able to get back into shape within a few months. Then you will get better results from the steroids .
Your diet should be consistent during those months. Not just 2 weeks :P
As for your energy levels again this is diet. The guys in diet section can help you further in regards to what to eat when, in order to not feel sluggish.
Good job on getting back into shape. But get there before you jump on the juice otherwise you could be setting yourself up for gyno etc.
