Hello all I completed my 15 week cycle of:
1-15 Test E 500 mg week
1-15 EQ 400mg week
9-15 anavar 60mg a day
.25 arimidex daily.
Now iv seen experience is the best teacher. i kept my workout protocol the same cardio around 1 hour 5 days a week and weights moderate/heavy 16-24 sets depending on body-part high volume. i jumped from 200 to 20 but was getting fat so i toned down my diet and ended week 15 at 203 14% BF.
Now i was going to start my pct with clen included to get down to 10% then ultimately 7% BF at 190s within 2 months or so but..... spoke to a doc i know a cool guy (20 years + experience and has been doing AAS himself the the majority of this time) and and he recommended i extend the protocol 10 more weeks so i can be in the 200's at 7% leanber harder bigger and dryer and i like this idea...who wouldnt... sooo
rather than pct im going to extend the protocol as such...
OPINIONS on this if you would. obiosuly i trust my guys opinion as he is very qualfied but obiously i also value yours or i would not be sharing this. thanks in advance gentlemen.
week:
15-25 Test E 300 mg a week
15-25 Tren Ace 300 mg a week
15-25 Clen cycling from 60 mcg to 160 mcg 2 weeks on 2 off
15-25 HCG 2000 iu sat and sun
25-30 standard pct with alittle bit longer protocol consisting of hcg/Clomid/Nolva. of course all under supervision...
Any thoughts gents.
at the end of the day id like to be around 205-215 at 7-10% BF towards end of cycle and after pct maybve around 200-205 at 7% leveled out. and of course intense training/ Cardio/ and clean lean high protein diet minum 300 grams daily with plenty of BCAA's EAA's with animal paks and omegas. also mil;k thistle 1000 mg daily.
