    AAS use while being overweight

I hear a lot of my friends talking about using AAS to help lose weight while building muscle. I really don't trust many of my friends with this info since few of them have ever taken any. That is why I'm here.

    My story:

I've always been overweight. Well since I was 10 or 11 probably. I'm the sporty type overweight, though. I've always been able to touch a 10' basketball rim, jog with relative ease, and generally athletic.

Now my issue. I was laid off last year and while being laid off, gained a considerable amount of weight. I like to eat and was very very lazy. My fault. No one elses. Not my parents fault or McDonalds. I'm not suing anyone.

I am 6'1" and at Christmas was the largest I had ever been. 380lbs.

Its ok to laugh. It was rough. I was pretty ashamed. One day I struggled to get off the couch and it was at that moment I knew I had to do something. I started a smart lifestyle change. Exercise and eating right helped me to get down to my current weight of 324 (I can finally use the Wii Fit I bought...) I'm really glad I have an A+ personality that scored me my very awesome, hot wife. I have to admit, I am also trying to do this for her.

I have kind of hit my plateau and really want to start taking AAS. I have searched the forum with little success and thats why I lay it out for everyone to see.

If you could point me in the right direction with links, advice, or criticism that would be superb!

    Thanks guys,

    big jake

how long have you been lifting for?
    what's your diet like?

I personally think that you don't need AAS.
Keto, clen, EC stack all are very effective for losing weight

You dont need steroids you need to re-design your diet and cardio program, steroids wont help you to achieve your goals infact they could make things worse, being so overweight and using steroids can results in some estrogen related sides which is something you dont want while your trying to lose weight, i know you may have heard it a million times but diet and cardio is the asnwer, keep motivated and dedicated to your goals, head over to the diet section and post your diet and ask for advice on re-designing it.

@OP: For motivation, I suuggest using Clenbutrol. its not an AAS, but its very close. It has minimal side effects, and will help you shed the pounds pretty fast.

    Thanks guys!

I think it might be a mental thing. I 'think' I need something to help me out. Someone could give me a water pill and say it would help me to lose weight, bulk up, and give me that extra push at the gym and I would believe it, ya know?

What I really was wanting is something that really does give me the extra motivation like the Clenbutrol might. I will look into that.

Thanks again, and I'll use the diet section to my advantage!

Clen can be very dangerous. It has landed members on this forum in the hospital. It will increase your blood pressure, heart rate and temperature. Research very carefully and consult a physician before using any supplement.

Nothing can help you lose weight the way diet and cardio combined can. When you get those two things figured out you will be amazed at the results. At your weight I bet its hard on the knees to jog. What I would suggest is investing in an 80 pound punching bag and hit that for 45 minutes a day. Like Marcus said get over to the diet section. Congrats on the progress youve already made.

*hands big jake some chicken in a special fancy handshake*

    Weeeerd!

Take this pill once a week Jake. DONT DRINK ALCOHOL. TRIM FAT OFF YOUR MEAT. Lay off junk food and takeaway foods. Spend 1/2 a day a week cooking. Buy clip seal bags. Fill them with cooked food, label and freeze.
Cook healthy food, do this for 3-4 weeks (2-3 meals a cook, large dish so you have 6+ servings). This way you'll have healthy delicious home made meals (my health food store sells this shit for 10$ + a meal!!!!, and theyre tiny!) on hand. If youre going out grab a bag and microwave it when youre hungry.

Check out diet section so youre not cooking fatty foods.

Oh and this chick..errr pills are VERY expensive. But I like you. So Ill give you 48 weeks of them for the cost of chicken!. :P
