    Not able to work out on week 8 of cycle

    I am starting my cycle monday
    1-12 testE 600mg
    1-6 Dol 50mg
    4-14 Var 100mg
    On week 8 I will not be able to work out, nor be able to eat right. I am a counselor at youth camp and will be gone all week, i will be eating there food (only 3 meals aday). The most I would be able to work out would be pushups/pullups. Should I continue as usual with my aas? should i lower the doses of test, var? should i take the var at all? not really sure what to do about the situation in order to get the most I can out of it. thanks in advance.

    It should be ok not to work out for a week but not eating correctly will do yourself harm with the results what you would of built during the first 8 weeks, simple answer is to take your food with you and start up the training again after your week off.

    Beef Jerky, Peanut Butter and bread, cans of tuna... You can take this stuff with you!
    There are plenty of other things you can take with you as well. As for training you can miss a week. While not ideal, personally Id go hard on the weekend before and when you return so its about 5 days that youre not training

    Edit: We sometimes get sick during cycles (I think I have a flu atm, which means its difficult to eat, and training is out of question. Just keeping up fluids, bed rest.. been about 3 days and Im feeling much better). So you should be ok. Sometimes life gets in the way of the best laid plans.

    agreed with whats said in here. also Var for 11 weeks at 100mg overlapping 6 weeks of dbol. easy on the orals bro.

    ps it would be just as quick to type your stats as it was to type what you did. i wouldnt tell someone to go search for my stats if i was asking a question..

    Not sure if youre being sarcastic, but I get John West 185 gram tins (with its own little ring opener so no can opener req.) which comes in around 8 diff flavors. My favorites are:

    Fresh Water
    Chilli
    Olive Oil
    Basil and Tomato
    Herbs

    You can't tell me that isnt flavor country!

    where do you get tuna tins that have a 180 grams of protien??????

    nar theyre 180 grams of tuna im pretty sure. *pops into kitchen* no the cans are 180g and contain 30.6g of protein. I guess you could eat 6 of these cans if you want the 180g of protein :P

    Thanks guys for all your input. I kinda figured as much, but I wanted to be sure. Ill def be packing food.

    does anyone have an answer about what aas doses i should take. no change, less aas, no aas?

    Don't change your doses that week. Stay your course. I've taken off a week before during cycle due to travel/work, etc and I stayed the course with doses and meals and results were great.

    You're taking some heavy orals. That'll stress your liver. I don't take dbol for longer than 4 weeks and Anavar at 8 weeks. You'll want to take some milk thistle for your liver.

    I have liv52 for the whole cycle. I could tone down the dbol to 4 weeks, but am def keeping the var the way it is. I will see how it goes and make a judgment call. thanks bro

    every cycle has its ups and downs... we all get sick or some hickup some times... just keep the same dose and do the best you can

    Use this as a cruise week to allow body to recuperate, you could always buy these http://www.mountainhouse.com very convenient and tasty too.

    Keep aas the same, no need to change it
