Danabol ds help

Hey guys.i just got my 1st batch of 10mg danabol ds but have never taken any kind of steroid before.im 6,3 and 14stone but am slim looking.ive heard many different dosage recomendations tho and wasnt sure which to go for.any help would be great.also i have liv 52 bit again arent sure of how much to take.i was also told by some people to take anti estrogen but others said not to worry about it.greatly apreciate any help at all.

Age 30.height 6'3.weight 14stone.trained on and of the past 5years.Ive never used steroids before.Not sure of my bady fat % but its pretty low.thanks

at 6'3'' and 14 stone you havent entered a gym for the last 5 years never mind trained "on and off"
you need to re-evaluate your diet for the next year or so and whilst doing so hitting up some serious aas research all the info you need is here all you got to do is use the search button mate.
at this point leave the dbol in the bedroom drawer hit the kitchen get a proper diet because at your height you should be around a natural 200lb easy before considering using aas.
after getting diet and training in check and doing your research you should be aiming at a cycle of 500mg a week test only with a solid pct.

No what i meant was ive been traing for the past 5years.by on and off i meant i went 4-5times a week for 3years.yhen due to work and other commitments didnt train much for a year yhen hav been training 4-5times a week again for the past year.im a lean build but struggle to gain weight and keep it on.i usually get up to around 14 and a half stone or just over but then seem to lose it and go back down to 14 or just under

You need to sort your diet out first before even thinking of steroids, the cycle you mentioned is rubbish so forget that, head over to the diet section and post your diet and ask for help to gain some natural mass on your frame..

The brand it self is good. They are telling u that you need to research more and that running dbol alone is not a good choice.

Mikey, they are not saying your gear is bad, they are saying that your proposed cycle is less than ideal. Go over to the steroid profiles section and read the dianabol profile. You will soon find out why.
