    Frontload = Short Cycles?

    Hello i had been reading about frontload method, because im going to start my first cycle. For example i will be going to use 300mg of Test E and 300mg of EQ (for 12 weeks). However i had read that you can accelerate the results if you do frontload..for example taking 600mg of EQ and 600mg of test e inthe first week, and then the normal 300mg. So this will make the Test and EQ to kick at about 3 or 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks (without front load). So i can conclude that the Cycle can be reduced from 12 weeks to 10 weeks? Thanks.

    A. Drop EQ it is garbage.
    B. No front loading for a first cycle not recommended.
    C. Stats?
    B. Whats your pct look like?

    Ok...so no frontload...however if i do the frontload (in my second cycle) this will reduce the cycle lenght from 12 weeks to 10 or less?

    My stats, 31 years, gyno prone, 150 pounds (5'9") about 12% BF, i had been in the gym for about one year (i went from 136 to 150 naturally) however i cant pass the 150 lbs. I got about 3500 cals when in the gym.

    My PCT will be Nolva at 20mg and Clomid from 300 to 50mg (during 3 weeks). Also HCG 250ui EoD. Also i have arimidex to use it during the cycle.

    The dosage of the Test E and or EQ is OK?

    Your bodyweight is super light, so I'm assuming 1 yr total in the gym, not 1 yr back after a break, so if I were you, id put in another 2 yrs at least. Since you probably won't, stay safe with the weight. Please don't get drunk on the strength and injure yourself.

    Why so high of a clomid dose? From what I have researched, you're almost certain to get vision sides off 300mg/day. The norm is 100.

    Everything else, I do not have enough experience to comment on

    Best of luck

    Thus, the knowledge that you are gyno prone. Truthfully, you be far better off reaching your natural limits before turning to aas. Don't convince yourself that you can't surpass 150 lbs. I lifted for six years and went to a shredded 180 @ 6'3" thinking that was my limit. I got married and took some time off then came back and with nothing more than changing my workout, I went from a weak lightly flabby 180 to a hard 220 in a year. You may just need a better workout.

    I'm in no way against the use of aas, and I am working towards my own cycle, I'm just glad I didn't do a cycle back when I thought 180 was my genetic limit.

    Good advice!!

    You can surely gain more naturally and this would better prepare your body for AAS down the road. If you can't gain more now, your diet and or training needs work. AAS will not give you the sustainable gains you expect until you get your diet/training sorted out.
