Thread: First Cycle questions..

    Question First Cycle questions..

I started my first cycle about a month ago. 600mg of Sust and 200mg of Equipoise a week. Noticed some great gains in mass and strength already (215 at start, 229 right now). Started noticing itchy nipples a couple weeks ago. I was stubborn and didn't get a blocker because I didn't want to affect my gains. Yes, I realize that was stupid of me. I am picking up some Gaspari Novedex XT in the morning. My hook who is not only supplying me but guiding me said PCT is kind of a thing of the past. If you are going to cycle again you should screw a big PCT and rather just do a "cruise" cycle of test at low doses for a few months. This way your system doesn't have to re-boot. Is this something I should do? Or do a PCT and get completely off before my next cycle? Also, does the Novedex XT work as good as Nolvadex? (I was told just to double up on the Novedex XT). Also, how long should I continue to take it? My plan was to get the Novedex XT and finish of my current cycle, then do around 100-150 of test or sust for a few months while continuing the Novedex XT then starting my new cycle. Which is just going to be the same as I am currently on. Any and all suggestions would be great. Thank you for your time!

PS, I am on multi vitamins and trying to eat the best I can. Lots of protein from chicken, eggs, shakes and red meat. Oatmeal and rice for carbs. Almonds for essential fats. Fruit and greens daily.

Don't ever take advice from somone at the gym or your supplier they have no idea what they are talking about. Get your information here.

If you cruise, you will further shut down your natural test production making recovery much more difficult if not impossible. That would be good for your supplier, he can continue to sell you the test you must have after you're shut down. PCT is not a thing of the past, not running a PCT is a thing of the past.

IMunch, Novedex XT boosts test production by blocking estrogen. As does Nolvadex. It's an anti-aromatase inhibitor. So with my knowledge, they do somewhat the same thing. Am I wrong?

Bossman, my supplier isn't just a hook from the gym. Known him for 21 years. Grew up with him. He is a personal trainer, dietitian and nutritionist. Not trying to say he is correct. If I thought that 100 percent I wouldn't be on here. He has a lot of knowledge with lifting, dieting and juice. He isn't raping me on prices either lol. So, my cycle is 10 weeks. Would a cruise cycle for 2-4 months then another full cycle be horrible? If I ran a pct, what should I do for it? How long and what substances?

WOW.... Are you not listening.... Nvoedex is not even close to Nolvadex.... you need to get proper PCT.... cruising is not a good idea.... Your friend of 21 years is not a very good friend if this is the advice he is giving you.... or he is an idiot.

Listen to what you are be told.... don't ask question and then when you get answers try to discredit them.... WOW......

    Good luck....

    Would you elaborate please?

I didn't discredit anyone. Just trying to learn. You learn by asking questions. Imunch, just letting him know what I "thought" I knew. Bossman, seems to have good advice and look forward to learning from him. Enforcer, I was just wondering if he could further explain. I understand i'm wrong. Just wondering what Novedex XT does then if it's not an anti-aromatase inhibitor.

you are correct in as much as NovadexXT performs similar to an AI, for pct you need a serm (preferably 2-nolva and clomid)

Thank you. So with sust and equipoise, should I give it about 3 weeks before starting the pct? (I'll already be on nolva do to gyno symptoms though) What doses and for how long?

Depending on how far into Gyno symptoms and how long they have been hanging around, would it not be a safer bet to go with Armidex, more detremental to any of the postives estrogen has, but safer under the circumstances?

I would research PCT on the PCT forum of this site. At your age, you want to make sure you run a thorough PCT. I know more then one 20+ yr old that is on TRT from improper cycling.

Like Big said, novedex is not the same thing as nolvadex. Running an AI now, such as adex would help knock your estrogen down, reducing gyno symptoms. I would run adex at .25mg Ed until gyno syptoms subside.
