    First time for everything?

Hi to all my name is Dan I'm from the uk midlands I'm 28 yrs old and I've been training for four yrs, properly for two.I am 6" tall and
when I started training properly I was 10.5st I have seen some good gains as I am now 14.5st I do have a bit of a belly only slight but it's there and I put it down to my diet.I usually change my eating habbits before going on holiday and along with the training I can lose the exess weight without too much hassle.
Naturally I'm very thin so Ive found it hard to gain the size I have but the good thing about that is I've had to be very dedicated to my diet training and rest otherwise I don't see results.I won't go into my diet as I can't be bothered to type it all into my ifone lol.I eat well,I learned it all from you guys.

    I train 3 times a week

    mon-chest,sholders,tris
    wed-legs,abs
    fri-back,bis

I have four programmes for each workout with different routienes that I alternate on different weeks.

I see a lot of young lads taking steroids and not training or eating right to support it,I feel that my body has come a long way and that I am dedicated enough to my training and diet to get the most from my 1st cycle.

I'm not pretending to know loads about steroids because I don't,I've looked into it for the past six months so I know the risks and I know it's not an easy way of getting big.I'm prepared to work hard to do it safely and get the most from it.

So I've made the decision and I was wondering if you guys could tell me how I will need to alter my training if I will need to train more than I do and what sort of cycle should I be looking at for a first time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,Dan

You need to read the educational threads, look at a test only cycle for beginners...
Do not ask me for a source check.

Like 007 said, read the educational threads, the stickies at the top of this forum page. You need to research for some time so that you know what you are putting into your body, what to expect from it, and how to counteract possible negative side effects.

As far as training, 3 times a week is a little slight. I would try to get at least a 4 day split so you're able to give each muscle group the time it needs.
