Why people don't mention cortisol control in PCT?

I read that AAS block cortisol during cycle. SO after cycle finish cortisol make big rebound causing muscle eating and fat storing. So why don't people control cortisol after the cycle?

Keeping cortisol under control is difficult..... not a lot of things out there that help with this.....

Nope, it will actually raise cortisol.

Your body will always maintain homeostasis and keep cortisol to its natural high and low fluctuations. There is nothing much that you can do, but to keep a stress free lifestyle and keep training to less than 60min. Thats why in a lot of PCT articles, they drill into you that you cannot lift the same on cycle as off. And for every day in the gym, take a whole day off.

Your body will never let a big rebound in cortisol and estrogen happen, ever. There is no science behind it. Your body will maintain homeostasis and return to homeostasis in a matter of hours. There is no science behind so called 'rebounds'.

    This.

Cortisol suppressing supplements are sketchy at best. There's nothing that can deal with cortisol the way AIs and SERMs can deal with estrogen.

So in other words , just take the PCT AI and SERMs and ignore the cortisol ?
