    First cycle with test cyp. want to stack it with something

    background/stats:
    Age: 24
    Weight: 210 lbs (95 kg)
    Ht: 5 foot 11 (180 cm)
    BF%: 15
    Cycle Exp: 4-5 ph cycles
    PCT Knowledge: read stickies
    Training Exp: 5 years at competitive powerlifting level

    Diet at bottom

    Ill be taking Test cyp for ten weeks. i have the needles as perscribed by a buddy of mine who will be injecting me. i have all sterile needles for each individual time i inject. Id like to get your thoughts on how ive set up the cycle and the proper ph/supplements.

    Week 1-4 Test cyp (300mg) + competitive edge labs m drol (methylated compiound, superdrol clone)
    Week 5-10 Test cyp (300mg)

    buddy told me to inject once a week as opposed to every 3.5 days as said by many here)
    throughout the cycle i will be taking CEL Cycle assist, Flaxseed oil, fish oil, multi, grape seed anti-oxidant, Novladex (10 mg then 20 mg/day) , liver protection pill (but did read this http://www.anthonyroberts.co.za/2010...gen-receptors/ maybe i should avoid milk thistle?)

    PCT: add clomid (using dosing chart from main page on this site) + novla + SARMS ?

    Diet: 7:45 250 ml of egg whites
    2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
    1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
    3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    5:15 120 gm of steak
    20 gm of whey protein
    Mustard
    50 gm of carrots
    5 ml of flax seed oil

    1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM

    7:15 60 gm of whey
    5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)f
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil

    9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

    TOTAL CARBS: 300 GM – 1200 calories
    TOTAL PROTEIN 320 GM – 1280 calories
    APPROX TOTAL FAT: 63 GM – 567 calories
    TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day

    looks ok bro...what are the goals on cycle??..if you want consistent blood levels i suggest the injects twice a week as opposed to once.

    bigmax, my goal is primarily strength. I also have a few bottles of cel hdrol I could use to stack with instead. Ill try to peak at the end of the cycle for a competition

    Edit, if I split up the injections, do I take 150 mg shot per pin or 300, I'm assuming 150.....

    Will I have enough test if I split it up....

    I'm guessing the mdrol is ok and is not another form of tedtosterone, which wouldn't be good.

    For a first cycle is it really necessary to stack Cypionate with anything considering its one of the longer esters of testosterone , pretty sure it should do a pretty good job by itself. By keeping it simple with one compound for first cycle, you minimize alot and keep the pct nice and easy to. By stacking and adding, well for first cycle it may be a bit keen. Maybe see how it goes on just the Cypionate. If your real keen could kick start the longer test ester with Dianabol for first 2- 3 weeks. But if this is first cycle may not be needed, although maybe im wrong

    Bump

    I'm doing my first injection tonite, just picked up the syringe pump. Is mdrol ok and can I get rid of/add anything? Any advice?
