    Just curious

I am really wanting to try a cycle for the first time. I will include my goals, activities and eating habits. I am not asking for sources just yet, as I know you guys have to earn my trust first. Ok, so here goes.

    Stats:
    Age - 22
    Height - 6'1"
    Weight - 265 lbs.
    BF% - 24%
    Cycle Exp - none
    PCT Exp - none

    Goals:
    1. Get back to a healthy weight.
    2. Get cut. (I'm not looking for bulk.)
    3. Be healthy and feel good about myself.

    Activities:
Swimming (usually around 3 hours or so, about 3 times a week)
Running (one hour a day on the treadmill, 3-4 times a week.)
    Lift (3-5 times a week.)
Basketball (a couple of hours a week.)
Football (an hour or so a week.)
Internet (no more than 5 hours a week.)

    Eating Habits:
Breakfast at 8am - usually consists of a couple of hard boiled eggs and 2 small sausage patties.
Snack at 10am - usually a pack of peanut butter crackers or a few strips of beef jerky.
Lunch at 12:30pm - a good fresh salad with no dressing and sometimes a piece of grilled chicken on it.
Snack at 4pm - beef jerky or a fruit.
Dinner at 6pm - Usually something grilled, tillapia/chicken. Sometimes a good wholesome dinner with green vegetables and a good serving of lean steak.

I used to drink beer, but have stopped for about 6 months now. I don't eat candy, it hurts my teeth. I drink lots of water/100% juices.

So there you have it. Anything else you need to know, please tell me. I can cut back/add on/etc etc...

    Thank you in advance.

No need for your sarcastic comments. I am asking for advice, not a comedian. What is so funny about it?

    Hey bud,
First off you need to try to get your bf% down to 16 or less before you start cycling. Your a little young also. Chechk out a fe of the stickies in the diet section and you will be on your way.

^^^ This is where to begin..

When using aas with such a high bf% you run a greater risk of estrogen related sides such as water retention, high bp and gyno.. Its just not worth risking...
Do not ask me for a source check.

let me guess another snot nosed kid with nothing better to do than pretend with internet muscles....first you throw sarcasm then hijack the bro's thread with some bs about raising your bp with aas use LOL

OP i think you definitely need to lower the bf first... with what your consuming calorie wise and good cardio you should be on your way... one you get down below 15% better to be 12% then reconsider aas use

    Peace and g/l

Imo cut out the little snacks packet of crackers, 100% juice no good for loosing lbs of fat. You really don't need all that cardio either. W all that cardio and not enuf food your actually probobly burnin up what muscle you have. And all that shugar ur just puttn on more bf. I don't think you eat enough real food. your a big dude and moveing a lot but your kinda hindering your process by all the shugars n small meals w barley enough protien for a 15 yo kid.
It has to be a holiday before I even think about eating a piece of sausage.
Your lbm is probobly about 200 lbs or so still a big dude. Restructure your diet first. In the diet section. You should probobly start w about 300g protein on the low. 200-250 in whole grain carbs. 50-70g in fats via nuts and animal fat. For Just an example.
Example: my diet some of my meals.
    1 carton egg whites 50/0/0
    1cup whole oats
    10/50/3
    1tbl naty pb
    6/3/12
    3g fish oil, zinc, multi
    Another meal,
    1 can chx breast
    50/16/0
    2pcs whole grain bread
    10/47/4
    3g fishoil
    Anuther meal,
    SAA but with tuna
    Anuther meal.
    1 big can chx
Divide whole grain noodles into 6 sevings comes out to 55-60 g carbs each
    Add sause and fresh vegg.
Those are a few in between meals. I got more..and I also eat more at my lunch and dinner I stick around 70-100g pro for those..
Eat about the same portions in other foods example: brown rice and broccolli.
    Sweet potatoe and green beans.
Keep it REAL simple. To accuately keep trac of your diet you need to find your tdee and adjust accordingly. The diet section is the place for you. Good luck man!! Keep us posted
