Unless you're constipated I don't see any advantage??

You think laxatives are some kind of detox? I don't think so....

a cheat "meal" and binge eating are two different things , and one is a lot worse than the other for you

Well I mighrt have used the wrong word, is a large cheat meal like 6 slices of pizza or chinese food, I considerate binge compared to what I eat during the week, usually about 2500 cals a day.

Laxatives will do nothing for you other than dehydrate you. They do not... "clean you out" they are used for people who can't shit. Unless you have that problem then stay away from them.

a "cheat" would be adding another 350 to 500 calories or so to your normal clean diet during one day, and it would still be a healthy food.

A binge is eating anything and everything.

Id like to see what others say about my definitions
