50mg winny pills. 1/day, split it up, etc??

Hi everyone,
Let's pretend just for a minute that someone was going to take one of the "famous" 50mg winny pills each day How would one take them?

Chew up one a day?
Cut one into pieces and chew up a piece a few times a day (how many pieces)?

I always split my doses twice a day. One in the A.M. apprx. 30min prior to working out with 8oz. grapefruit juice(this aides with absorbtion) and the other at bedtime.

get a pill spliter cuz the tabs i think you're talking about have gotten smaller then they were b 4, making them harder to cut.
Take a dose in the am and one in the pm like dragon said

HEY IM TAKING THE FAMOUS 50mg winny tabs!!! Just break em by hand and one 1/2 w/ breakfast and the other w/lunch. They should have a line thru em, split on line, put nail on other side and apply pressue, should break evenly. (there yellow right?) BIG-G
