Oral + Sleeping meds = liver replacement?

I'm taking 10mg of mdrol just to counter muscle loss from T3. I feel normal most of the time but I do not know if its the t3 or the mdrol but I cant sleep. I just feel wired up. I've have been taking tylenol pm to sleep and for the minor back pumps I've been getting.

I just want to make sure this isn't liver death since I know that mdrol is harsh on the liver.

Would bynadryl work better or should I just tough it out?

tylenol pm and benadryl have the same ingredient, but the tylenol also has acetaminophen. between the 2 benadryl would be better for sleep aid, but neither would be recommended for long term use.
