deca and bone mass - experienced users

    Hey guys,

so last cycle the only thing keeping me from really pushing my bench press to personal-record shattering levels was stress fractures in my forearms. Now I've heard deca has ability to add bone mass and strength. Would using deca have prevented this over use injury?

so I may actually have had tendinitis. It's hard to say.

still tho, adding deca would prevent tendinitis and stress fractures?

Yes, adding deca would improve colligen in you joints and can help prevent injury. I've had tendonitis and will be adding 150mg of deca in my next cycle to prevent it from returning. Yes, 150mg is a good dose for bone mass and joint issues but not for gaining mass... but 150mg and 500mg of sus a week should outweigh the possible side effects of deca (impotence).

Have a read of this http://www.steroid.com/Deca.php
