    newbie

hey guys. let me tell you a little about myself before i get started with questions. im 26yrs old 5'10 about 170-175lbs and been lifting weights on and off for about 12yrs now. over the past yr ive been training harder then ever imo. the past few months ive been doing mixed martial arts. mon and tues are 2hrs each and thurs im in there 4hrs. on off days i try and lift.

    my diet consists of,
breakfast 3 egg whites and oatmeal
    snack is protein shake
    lunch chicken with brown rice
    snack shake or bar
dinner is salmon or tuna fish
work out and then another shake.
(i mix up eating the foods every day)

ive noticed some difference in dropping some body fat and gaining alittle muscle. does my diet sound right? i really want to lean out because ive never tried to get ripped before. also i have always wanted to try steroids, but never had a source until recently. what would be a good cutting cycle to start off with? any info to help me out is greatly appreciated.

    thanks sean

Imo your diet could do with some work so swing by the diet section of the forum.

it would be better to introduce youself in the new members section.

also is you are 5'10 , 170 why are you trying to cut? whats your bf?

    No need to apologise friend

Imo the best way is to cut naturally with a solid diet and cardio.

You need to develop good eating and training habits and stick with them long before you ever consider AAS. Consistency is of the utmost importance. This is a lifestyle. Gains come slow even with AAS, you need to be in this for the long haul. A quality physique takes time to build.

LOL, hey bro. I thought about it, but when they added "bossman" it felt just right. I also spent so much time on here as "cgb6810" I don't want people to forget who I am.
