how much of my gains will i keep?

so i started my cycle 5 weeks ago and i have seen some great gains. my question is in everyones opinion what kind of gains will i be able to keep.

i have been doing 250mg of test cyp every 3.5-4 days
    my starting stats were.
    143.6lbs
    5'11
    around 11% body fat

    i am curently
    155.8
    5'11
around 7% body fat or less

i have been eating like mad man and staying away from the junk. 3-4 protein shakes a day and lifting 5x a week. i dont plan on stopping this once the cycle is over.

plan on taking the cyp for a total of 12 weeks and
i plan on taking novladex as a PCT also.

my strength gains in the gym are crazy too. currently doing 90lb dumbells incline press for 10 reps

so in everyones opinion what kind of gains do you think i will be keeping after the cycle is over.

How old are you? How long have you been weight training before you started your cycle?

Gains will depend on your diet, sleep schedule, training regimen and quality of gear.

Unless your a female I see no reason to cycle at your given stats. My honest opinion, you have so much room to grow naturally.

hahahaha yes i am skinny. i honestly can eat anything and everything and never gain any weight. i just turned 27 and have been lifting weights for 10 years now. last 3 years though very serious until i hurt my rotator cuff last year in baseball. when i got hurt i was about 165 and roughly 6%. great shape. training m-f with 3 friends who are all personal trainers. starting lifting serious again in december and just didnt have the pump anymore. decided to do a cycle and couldnt be any happier with the gains. As for my diet i have been eating clean, egg whites, grilled chicken, salmon, tuna, brown rice, not drinking alcohol, protein shake with every big meal. havent had fast food in 3 months now. feel healthier and happier. and getting back to where i was making me more confident again.

Aren't big gains in strength dangerous to your RC ?? Do you avoid bench press?

yes they are. i dont do straight bar bench, nor do i do flat bench dumbell press with heavy weights. also do alot of strengthening exercises when i do shoulders.

You obviously either dont train or eat properly. no body has a maximum genetic potential of 140 lbs at 5'11, even if you're a ectomorph at 6-10% bf without dieting.

You're not gonna keep the gains unless you learn to train properly. you might eat well, but maybe just not enough or not often enough. I'd replace thoses shakes with actual food and only keep one of those shakes for your PWO....

    just my 2 cents.
