are u 200pounds and 8 body fat? gain 20pounds on a cycle it will be easy to maintain

160 pounds 13 body fat and gain 20 pounds theres gonna be a strugle.
i personaly favour a 10week cycle, but i will go gor a long cycle this year over the 20weeks to give it a trybut iv got alot to do b4 i can do that.
