Is this gyno or just fat? (pics)
Hi,
I am 24, 11 stone, and am in my second week of my fifth cycle. I am only doing Sust 250 as I am generally happy with the gains I get from that. However I have always been on the 'puffy' side, not obese but not athletic until the last 8 or so years of my life where I have tried to step it up a notch.
I think I've got my diet right after reading all the forums here and general trial and error, also I try and do cardio every morning for 45 mins at low intensity on just a shot of protein and an ECA stack.
However I can't seem to shift what is left, what concerns me mostly is the area around my tits. I have read so many threads on gyno, which is easy to understand, but supposedly gyno is a lump? But still I might have progesterone gyno instead. So after searching for ages I have decided just to make a thread with my pics so I can get some pro advice.
