missed an injection

hey guys im currently running 375mg of test e EW split up on sun nights and thurs morn. I missed my sun night shot and was wondering what i should do? Do i double my dose tomorrow or just let it slide and keep with my normal routine?

Also is this bad? A buddy of mine told me its not really a big deal but wanted confirmation?

If you have missed then inject the following day, if your unable to do that then just inject your normal amount on your next injection day...

With a long ester like enanthate, it's not a big deal if you do the injection a day late.

Missing one shot isn't going to make much of a difference in the long run. Yo shouldn't double dose and a day late is fine. Don't rework your entire schedule to make up for it. Just continue normally from then on - if you skipped it or took it a day late.
