Confused? Test Cycle

Hey,
Still researching for my first cycle, I'm happy with 10 weeks with 500mg Test E per week.
I'm confused as i've had some guy's suggest running Aromasin @ 10mg EOD throughout the cycle, I've also heard about using HCG instead towards the end of the cycle and into to PCT.
Pretty happy with Nolva & Clomid for PCT.

Aromasin would be used to help with estrogen, hcg would be fine to add however not essential.
