It's been 10 yrs since last 4 year effort
background so I don't get slammed:
due to age, I've been progressively getting into this
dieting / supplementing 2 years (finally, correct ratios of carbs, protein and fat [didn't get it right the first time] - meal freq = 5 or 6 per day)
walk/jog 1 to 2 times daily min 20 minutes 2 years
progressive strength training 1 year (free weights)
excellent bp (rest=62) cholesterol = OK, no meds necessary
goals = open ended, I just enjoy exercising, like a zen thing
previous competitive runner = can't seriously run (knees) = not too worried about overall weight so long as it is lbm
please critique my first (in process) cycle
and just as a fyi, no pinning in my family oriented household since wife/kids would get the wrong idea, which limits me to orals only. I know.. I know..
to begin with, recent (1 year ago) blood work reveals a healthy functioning liver, but due to age, I'm shooting for short and quick cycles to allow my liver some recovery
wks 1-4 anadrol 100mg ed
wks 5-6 winnie 50mg ed
wks 1-8 anavar 40mg 2x ed
wks 7-10 nolva
thoughts? suggestions? kick my asz?
