    Competition stack

I started lifting with a guy that said hes gonna do a show, in 4 or 5 months i believe.

Hes 25, 200lb prob about 10-11%, 5'7-8. real nice build, thick with small joints
1st cycle last year 20 weeks 500 tes a wk

heres the cyle his "coach" wants to put him on

    weeks 1-8
    Test cyp 750 wk
    EQ 600wk

    weeks9-16
    sust 750wk
    tren ace 200wk
    winny 200wk

I asked him for the pct ,he said he will get back to me

I told him it looked a bit hefty for a sencond run and i wasnt sure about the sust.... thought prop would be more approprite

any feed back would be nice

Those long cycles are going to be very tough to recover from. The coach may not care and often times when competing, all caution is thrown to the wind.

As far as the cycle, it isn't like any competition stack I've ever run. Sust isn't that bad if injecting frequently, the tren/winny doses are too low. Usually an AI is run for water retention as well.

he did mention armidex would be run ed.(not sure about the dose) was gonna wait to all the pct protocal was avalible to mention it.

That is exactley what i was thinking, the "coach" prob dosent give two shizas about him or his well being. Hes juat a workout partner and mutual friend of mine but i thought i should get a general census and atleast give him my two cents on the idea.

just for my knowlege what are some general comp stacks people are running today?

Eq 8 weeks? switching to sust? 16 weeks overall? I would tell him to tell his coach to go scratch....

Is EQ like Deca(and other nor19s), you need to run it 12 weeks to see good results?

and instead of switching to sust wouldnt you just want to stick with cyp as its already got your levels up after 8 weeks?

please elaborate a bit if you can

i see no sense in running cyp then switching to something like sust simply because it is pointless... Sust contains both short and long esters. So it would obviously be more helpful at the start of a cycle to take advantage of the short ester meanwhile the long ester will build up and kick in a little later.

Now eq... Is practically useless in my eyes as well as many others. You have some who love it... But it simply isn't worth it for the money/time/amount you have to run it. Waste of space in a syringe as Big says. Which is true in my eyes. most tend to run it even longer then 14 weeks. I have seen many run it 16-18 weeks at higher mgs then you have proposed. So it gets costly for such a mild drug. Personally EQ shouldn't be in the same sentence as Deca or any other 19 nor. It is by far weaker and one of the most useless compounds.
