I've been working out on/off for over the last decade. I'm currently 6'4 and about 235 lbs. Needless to say, I'm currently out of shape and wouldn't fathom spending the money until I dropped some weight. With that being said I 've been doing some reseach and wanted some advice in regards to the following beginning cycle.
Week 1... 400mgs Enanthate/week +20mgs Dianabol/day
Week 2... 400mgs Enanthate/week +20mgs Dianabol/day
Week 3... 400mgs Enanthate/week +20mgs Dianabol/day
Week 4... 400mgs Enanthate/week +20mgs Dianabol/day
Week 5-12 400 mgs Enanthate/week
*During the cycle 10mgs of Nolvadex/daily on standby if need be*
