    Tren Prop & Winni Cycle

    Hi All

have a quick question that I hope some one can help me with.
My last cycle was 6 weeks ago and it was 12 weeks of tren & prop.
also followed a good PCT of clomid and nolva and clen at the end,

Is 6 weeks ok to start another cycle ?
it will be the same tren A & prop only adding Winni tabs this time.

    Cycle will be
    week 1-12 Tren A @ 75mg EOD
    week 1-12 Prop @ 100mg EOD
    Week 1-4 winni @ 75mg ED ( 1 x 25mg tab 3 x day )
    week 8-12 winni @ ( 1 x 25mg tab 3 x day )

PCT will be Clomid and Nolva

any feed back would be great.

    Stats..

    Age
    Weight
    Bf%
    Height
    Years training???

Six weeks is to short, you need to let your body recover, id also suggest getting your bloodworks done first..

    always forget about the basics

    37
    195lbs
    13-15% BF
    5ft 9
    6yrs lifting
this cycle will be my 6th cycle

did get blood work done but i think my DR only checked for LDL & HDL and those are all normal. they never mentioned about anything else, i called them to ask about my results, this was last week.

i just find that anylonger then 6-8 weeks off you lose all the gains and you are back to the beggining again.

I have HCG that i can use in this cycle just not sure of when to start it and how to incorporate it.

Im just not sure here, reading through your previous posts shows that after the two cycles that i can see you've gained a total of 8lbs, which makes me question your diet.

Unless your only goal is to maintain weight...

diet is in check i can give the details of my meals every day if you want. I keep carbs down and only take in about 2500cals per day. I am not 100% clean on my diet i do have a cheat day or two. Also have two kids that make it a little harder to be clean all the time.

    I train 5 days a week
monday split , cardio abs calves AM / chest PM
    tue , legs , arms
    wed , shoulders
thur split , cardio abs calves AM / back PM
    friday , arms , deadlifts

my body has changed enormous, but my weight has always stayed the same. I used to be 27-30% BF, i have changed most of that into lean mass.

I am sure i am not doing everything 100% but i am very dedicated and on Monday's and Tuesday's i have a personal trainnor and have for the last year.

my goal is to stay around the 190-200lbs range and be 10% BF or lower.

So i am really wondering about another cycle 6 weeks after from the last cycle. I good way for me to measure is my ability to get it up and i have no issues there at all.

Let me know what you think

First things first, that's a really good cycle. lol.

But honestly, you should wait another 4 - 6 weeks man. You need time for your HPTA time to fully recover..
