    First test e cycle

    Hello everyone I'm new
    And just need a little help.
    I'm about to start my first cycle.
    And I was wondering if there is a certain way that is best to eat
    or whether it matters how you eat while on the cycle.

    what you eat is the most important part of ur cycle..
    u are definitely not ready for a cycle if u don't know this

    weight
    height
    BF%
    years training?

    Like for health?

    I'm 21
    about 235
    6'1
    don't know bf%
    training about 5 years.

    Does anyone know like a good eating plan with amounts and everything
    is there some site that tells gives you more then a number?
    Like example :

    5 eggs blah blah

    All help is welcome and appreciated!

    Head to the nutrition section and start asking questions there. Forget steroids exist until you know what a real diet consists of.

    eating is the most important thing and becomes more important after cycle. Once you change your eating it has to stay that way the rest of your life. You can't just eat good on cycle and then go back to your old ways afterwards, or you will go back to your old body

    Yes for AAS questions. You were asking specifically about meal plans. Keep those questions in the Nutrition section.

    I can tell you have no diet down, until then, dedicate your time to understanding nutrition before considering a cycle.

    What you put inside, dictates the way you look outside. Doesn't matter if your "on" or "off", lift weights or don't. It applies to everyone in any situation.

    assuming you are interested in fitness, it always matters how you eat regardless of cycle.
