Test E/Var cycle
I use to play college football, but 11 months ago was injured in a car accident and am paralyzed from the stomach down. I can control at best my top two abs bot nothing below. I am in week 1 of my first cycle, measured at 15 percent body fat (7 point) weigh 240 lbs and 17 1/2 inch biceps. I am 6'4 and 21 years old. I was 6'4 265 with a 6 pack before my accident and ran a 4.6 40yd dash. Now i just want to get my upper body back to looking good. I have a clean diet.
CYCLE:
1-12 weeks test e 500mg/week
7-14 weeks var 50mg ed
1-14 weeks adex .25mg eod
PCT
14-17 nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10
one picture is me around 240 before my accident. the rest were taken today.

sorry to hear about that man that is terrible but i am glad you are alive. I would suggest you wait on the cycle becuase you are to young

In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.
Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.
Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old."

Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs
that looks a lot better for pct eveyrthing else looks legit.

First off, I admire you for having such a positive attitude and still aspiring to live a healthy life style despite what you've gone through. Sounds like you were a terrific athlete and I'm glad your still striving to be one through bodybuilding.
On your cycle, I would much rather start off with Var instead of finishing.
For example:
1-12 Test "x"mg PW
1-7 Var "x"mg PW
I've ran something similar in the past. Var only works for me at slightly higher dosages though.
For PCT, the Nolva may not be enough, especially at those dosages. You may want to consider stacking it with another Serm and slightly increasing dosages. I tend to shut down hard, despite whatever compounds I'm stacking or using. So I favor stacked recovery protocols.
Keep a close eye on your estro. I would only recommend getting below 15. Anything higher and your at risk of more estrogenic related side effects.

How many mg a day should I run my var at, after looking around more it seems as if 50mg ed is low...

It's low for me, but not for everyone. Keep that in mind. Everyone's body chemistry will react differently. I will say this, I started at 75mg ED, highest was 150mg ED. I noticed the the best gains from 100mg+. I also noticed with mild drugs such as Var/EQ ect, I noticed the best results with a lower BF. Take my experiences into consideration but always start with the least amount if you can get away with it.

Took me a little over a week because I realized I needed to increase my dose. Strength and hardness followed. Zero weight gain.
If I had your stats, I would cut down to around 10-12% then consider cycling to reduce my risks of nasty estro sides.

i just started working out again 5 weeks ago. this is the first time ive started training since my accident. I think my muscle memory is coming back pretty fast.
