cycle question
i want to gain about 10lbs of muscle and cut around 3% bf
would winny/var be a good combo (with milk thistle)
nolva for pct
am considering throwing in some test but **** i dont wanna have to deal with gyno issues etc etc
can i expect any size gains at all from this? not looking to be the hulk just wouldnt mind some size gains aswell as the cut

what are your stats now (age, height, weight, bf%, years training, diet, etc and cycle history?)

21/6,2/13%bf/212lbs/3 years training.
diet basically i have never counted my exact calories but on a daily basis it looks something like this
protein shake, oatmeal, milk
chicken breast, peanut butter
chicken breast, sweet potato, brownrice
kangaroo fillets, sweet potato
pre workout shake
post workout shake, 3 poweraids
chicken breast, brown rice, some veggies
protein shake before bed, olive oil

would it be possible for me to drop say 2% bf on this cycle while steadily making gains,

You will not make lean muscle gains and cut fat at the same time. You say you never counted your calories, but if you want to control your physique you need to know what you're eating.
Get your diet on point first before you ever consider AAS. If your diet is not right you won't get the gains you desire on AAS or be able to maintain them. You have modest goals. If your diet was correct you would probably be able to meet your goals without AAS.

whats wrong with that diet? its not 100% perfect but its good enough. good enough to use AAS. u say diet is everything and i can get there naturally which i probably can but i can do it 5x as fast with AAS so why wouldnt i. imagine perfect diet PLUS AAS
