PCT is approaching! Tensed

Guys please suggest me some hcg dose and bacteriaisotanic water.

i want to take 500 iu every day after last shot of test for 4 weeks. but i don't have bac water to reconstitute the chemical. In place of bac water can i reconstitute with sterile water or distilled water. I have two 5000 iu hcg packet. My friend said i can take 5000 iu at one shot 5 days before the end of the cycle and 5000 iu after 5 days of last test shot. Can i bear the dose of 5000iu at once. I have nolva and planned to take 40 mg everyday for 2-3 weeks.

Please suggest . i would really appreciate for your advice.
