Getting ready for my cycle...need some tips.
Okay so I don't know if you guys remember me, but I was getting ready to run Spawn almost a year ago, but I wasn't ready physically. My stats around September of last year were as follows: (copied from my old thread)
age:20
stats: 5'10; 265lbs
bf: ~26%
goals: 215lbs, 10%bf, hulk.
Now they are:
Age:21
Stats: 5'11; 229 (this morning after facility use :P)
Bf: 16% (yesterday morning)
Goals: Beast mode
I'm going to drop to about 13-14%bf before I start my cycle.
Currently, I'm running lipo-6x to shed more fat (it's been great to me these past 2 weeks). Here is the list of supplements I'm on...
Current supplements:
Oriange Triad (multi vit)
Life support (liver protection, been using for almost a week now)
Milk thistle (liver protection, been using for almost a week now)
Liv52 as an alternative (not dosing, just have it on hand)
USPlab's Jack3d
Scivation's XTEND
For PCT I plan on running Nolva for a 40/40/20/20. Should I take it while cycling spawn? Would Clomid be better? What should I have ON-HAND aside from what I already have? I haven't picked up my PCT yet, so I wanted to know if it would be okay.
Also, should I not use jack3d and xtend while cycling spawn?
Should I cycle anything WHILE I'm on spawn that I'm not already taking?
I figure it'll be another 3-4 weeks to drop another 10 lbs clean and maybe even get down to about 12% bf...but I just want to be prepared informatively before I do this.
I'll also be getting blood work done before and during my cycle to make sure everything is in check.
Any and all help is appreciated thanks guys!

why don't you tell us what your diet is now and how you plan on changing it to accommodate your cycle... that way we can see if you have that in check.

You need to pick either bulk or cut. Trying to do both is more then difficult. This is your first cycle?
How long have you been weight training?

Also, should I post out my workout for the cycle to see if it needs to be critiqued?
Well, I understand where you're coming from...but if you look, those were my previous goals when I didn't know what I was doing. My current stats are updated with the updated goals as well, albeit vague, updated nonetheless.
I read that starting cycles at high body fats aren't good, so that's why I'm cutting. Once I reach 12-14%bf, THEN I'm going to bulk up. I plan on putting on at least a lean 10-15lbs in a month. I'm not going to keep cutting while I'm on Spawn. And yes, it's my first cycle.
I've been on and off for 5 years, but only started being serious within the last year. 30lbs of clean fat loss is great progress for me, and that's while I was still learning and seeing what worked.
Now that my cutting diet is in check, I've been losing about 1-2lbs a week clean.
I've been preparing for this for almost a year and a half... I listened to your guys' advice when you guys said NOT to take it with my current stats. After all this time preparing with more research and dedicated training, I feel I'm ready to do this. I ask that you don't try to turn me away from this, but that you guys help me and critique the plan since most of you guys that will be offering advice are more experienced with this.
We all had a first cycle, and this is going to be mine. I'd like to ask that you guys respect my decision.

your goals are obtainable without AAS. BUT if your not gonna change yourmind.. keep asking questions and doo ALOT of research please

Nowhere, but people made the assumption that I was jumping into it too fast, and I felt that you guys were right. So, I took a step back, decided what it was that I wanted to do and what were my future long term goals, and re-decided that this is the path I want to take. It took me a year and a half to make this decision, so you can't say I'm jumping into it too fast :P

^^^^agree. Spend some time training with a proper diet in place and see how well you do for 2-3 years. It takes time to build a quality physique.
