Okay so I don't know if you guys remember me, but I was getting ready to run Spawn almost a year ago, but I wasn't ready physically. My stats around September of last year were as follows: (copied from my old thread)
age:20
stats: 5'10; 265lbs
bf: ~26%
goals: 215lbs, 10%bf, hulk.
Now they are:
Age:21
Stats: 5'11; 229 (this morning after facility use :P)
Bf: 16% (yesterday morning)
Goals: Beast mode
I'm going to drop to about 13-14%bf before I start my cycle.
Currently, I'm running lipo-6x to shed more fat (it's been great to me these past 2 weeks). Here is the list of supplements I'm on...
Current supplements:
Oriange Triad (multi vit)
Life support (liver protection, been using for almost a week now)
Milk thistle (liver protection, been using for almost a week now)
Liv52 as an alternative (not dosing, just have it on hand)
USPlab's Jack3d
Scivation's XTEND
For PCT I plan on running Nolva for a 40/40/20/20. Should I take it while cycling spawn? Would Clomid be better? What should I have ON-HAND aside from what I already have? I haven't picked up my PCT yet, so I wanted to know if it would be okay.
Also, should I not use jack3d and xtend while cycling spawn?
Should I cycle anything WHILE I'm on spawn that I'm not already taking?
I figure it'll be another 3-4 weeks to drop another 10 lbs clean and maybe even get down to about 12% bf...but I just want to be prepared informatively before I do this.
I'll also be getting blood work done before and during my cycle to make sure everything is in check.
