So im 22yo and have been training for just over a year , i eat right breakfast lunch and dinner no snacks and have been taking maximuscle promax for the last 4 months.
Since this time of a year i have seen less changes to my body i have increased strength (not that much) and also i have put on a little weight , but have not been able to increase the size of my arms or tone any of my body im killin myself with work and to get home on time to train i started last year in Jan 09 to work towards a holiday i have for aug this year but still nothing is working.
A friend suggested trying a months cycle of deca or deca and suston i think thats what he said .
It would be much appreciated for any advice you muscle gods could give me
