    4 a beginner what is better sustanon or testosterone anathate?

    neither one is better than the other. test is test. only difference would be the esters.
    sus is said to be best pinned eod whereas enanthate is every 3.5 days. therefore for a first cycle it may be better to use enanthate because there is less pinning.
