Thread: First cycle.....does this sound ok??

Question First cycle.....does this sound ok??

    I'm just turning 40. I'm 5' 7", 155#, 31"w and I've been working out pretty hard for just over a year.

For my first cycle, I've been told to do (and started it this past Tuesday) 1cc of Test E every 48 hours for 12 weeks. Also taking Tamoxifen once daily. Does this sound ok? This is what friends of mine who've done it have done and the results look good.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Also, is it true that you can get a better workout if you inject about an hour before going to the gym? Or does it not matter when you workout as compared to when you inject?

First off your kind of light. whats your diet look like?

1 cc of test every 2 days.... is too much for a beginner. u should be doing something like 500mgs every week. 2x a week.

shooting before going to the gym? Whoever told you that is a retard. Test E doesnt enter your system that quick.

I thought that sounded stupid that you should workout right after the injection......I didn't think that could be right after all I read on here.

Would it be harmful to me to do it every 48 hours for my first time using, instead of the every 3.5 days you suggested?

As for my diet, I'm eating mostly chicken breast, eggs, vegetables, fruit, 60 gram protein shake, and 20 gram protein bar every day.

If you are familiar with the half life of the compound your using, then you'd understand why 2cc per week would be sufficient. It does not need to be pinned any more then that. 350-500mg PW for starters.

A year of solid training isn't enough experience to be toying with Steroids either. Where are the Carbs in your diet?

The carbs are pretty much vegetables, fruit, and any carbs in the protein shakes and bars......I'm trying to stay away from bread and desserts while on the cycle.

What are your goals with this cycle?

Carbs from shakes and vegetables are nothing. If your looking to increase weight, then consider re-evaluating your entire diet regimen. Wheat bread is fine just limit your servings to 2 slices PD. Same with Fruit.

    Sweet potatoes.
Oatmeal, oat bran, oat bran cereal (i.e. cheerios).
    Bran cereal.
    Brown rice.
    Beans.

Nothing wrong with avoiding carbs if hes trying to keep a leaner look. I know plenty of people who actually pin test e and c much more than 2x a week.... if your running 1000mgs a week... i wouldnt want to do 2ccs at a time. much rather just break it down.

you need something like 500mgs a week 2x a week.

Yes. It's common to pin more often with higher dosages, but not in his situation. If he wants a lean look, there are ways to get a significant amount of the right the Carbs in while maintaining a low BF and packing on slounds of beef.

To the OP, if it isn't broke, don't fix it dude. Just don't be afraid of Carbs if your simply nervous it will put on too much fat. There are plenty of ways to avoid it.

Everyones different man. What works for you may not work for him. I learned this from tweaking my diet numerous times. I however can consume more carbs then protein a day and still stay lean.

A lot of people dont take account for daily activities. If you work a strenuous hard labor job. Carbs are good. If not you wont need as much.

Agreed. I was simply informing the idea that Carbs aren't always the devil. He may be sensitive to them, which is the reason he's avoiding, completely fine. Just throwing some information out there.

I'm the same. Currently on 400p 650c 150f and still hovering at 8%. Were blessed to get away with Macros like this without having to worry much. Makes cutting down that much easier.

this might be very well just be my own lil stupid theory but I think perhaps that if for instance you inject into your deltoid then work it out an hour later. The increased blood flow to the deltoid causes more testosterone to be absorbed the blood thus meaning perhaps it gets into your system somewhat quicker...
