how long to wait after prednisone

Simply, how long after stopping prednisone should I wait to start a cycle?

The details are, I am on a 5 day 60mg per day prednisone, and I am considering my first cycle (anavar/test prop with proper PCT) sometime this summer. I am in my mid twenties if that makes a difference, but please no 'you are too young' replies; like i said I am considering it and I have taken and will continue to take my age into account while doing my research.

Im on prednisone at the moment. 2mgs, started at 40 in october and going down very slowly for my colitis. Im going to start my cycle in august, i think you should wait till your completly off the pred before considering AAS.

Like I said, I will be on it for 4 more days, but I have read that before, and 'completely off' is kind of ambiguous.

The Prednisone should last about 1 to 2 days in your system...just to be safe give it a week or so before starting your cycle.

most of the previous posts if you search say definitely, so I just wanted to be cautious

Yeah i did the search... I will be seeing a specialist on wednesday... I will ask and let ya know what she says...

I guess it will depend what you are on the pred for though aswell... I have sarcoidosis, its pretty serious and curing it is my number 1 priority.

Yeah, I am just on it for poison ivy, I usually tough it out, but after a week it got wore again, and with the swelling in my arms from muay thai training I jumped at the chance to kill two birds with one stone and hopefully get the swelling down in my arms too to start some healing

Yeah it'll be more like 1-3 yrs on that stuff for me..

yes they all know. My i'm also on hrt. So they prescribed both. But i have done heavy cycles before with no issues. just sucks the bloat from prednisone
