    planning 1st cycle TEST E / Dbol

    still planning this im reading alot but so far i think this is basicly what i have in mind am i WAY off here or am i heading in right direction?


    been lifting for 2 years 13%bf 23years old

    i can get alot bigger naturally but i want to do a cycle.
    test shot split into 2 shots twice a week.
    eg
    200mgs Monday morning > 200mgs Thursday night few hours before workout
    Dbol split twice a day 10mgs with meal #1 and 10mgs with pre workout meal


    Testosterone Enanthate / Dianabol
    w1 test e 400 mgs / 20 mgs Dbol
    w2 test e 400 mgs / 20 mgs Dbol
    w3 test e 400 mgs / 20 mgs Dbol
    w4 test e 400 mgs / 20 mgs Dbol
    w5 test e 400 mgs
    w6 test e 400 mgs
    w7 test e 400 mgs
    w5 test e 400 mgs
    w8 test e 400 mgs
    w9 test e 400 mgs
    w10 test e 400 mgs
    w11 test e 400 mgs
    w12 test e 400 mgs

    PCT 14days after last shot

    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/50


    ok few things i confused about

    im considering using LiquiDex (Anastrozole) at .25mg through out whole cycle
    this would stop same time as cycle. (do i need this really?)

    If i start showing signs of Gyno mid cycle can i stop the LDex start taking
    Nolva 40mgs for 5days then drop down to 20mgs untill i notice gyno going away then continue using Nolva at 10mgs till end of cycle?

    slowly adding cals to my diet 400cals every 2 weeks will ensure i get 2xg protein p/lbs
    minimal fat intake and fill cals with carbs.

    Can i work each muscle twice a week? or do i still need alot of rest to get big

    also as soon as i get off cycle can i start EC stack to stop catabolism? i dont like using clen not really comfortable on it but i looooove EC


    and one really newbie question looking at dosages
    quid Tamox 50mL 20mg/mL

    2 ml is like nearly the whole oral syrinage yeah? seems like alot or am i counting it wrong

    bro you neeed to eat your so ****en light steroids are not for you. basically since your concept of diet is bad, when you get off your cycle your going to go righ back to where you started becuase you do not know how to eat.

    I built that diet using stickies here and watching milos vids I got from here


    What am I missing?
    Bad variety and timing if nutrients?
    Or not enough cals?

    Not planning to do cycle right away I'm slowly adding cals if I just add 2k cals I'll blow up like fat Albert

    According to your own calculations you consume 2564 cals a day, this would be fine for a 5'10 girl...

    Im 5'10 and just to maintain bw i need to consume 3000 cals a day..

    You need to tweak your diet, for your height you should be consuming closer to 4000 cals every day...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    Cals have been at defect becase I having been trying to cut fat I lost 40-43kg in last 12months I can't just add a bunch of cals I plan to build up to over 2g protein x lbs and 3g carb x lbs and will make sure total cals are over maintenance

    When I reach that in cals that's when I want to start cycle.

    You boys think my cycle plan seems decent (:?

    Good choice. See what an increased calorie diet will do for you. I was once your weight (at 6'2") and after a few years I gained enough to put me at 191lb.

    I am now 211lb, after a few more years and supplement help.
    Wait until your base is stronger. You will build a bigger, better house from a strong foundation. work hard, eat like a beast.
