ok few things i confused about
im considering using LiquiDex (Anastrozole) at .25mg through out whole cycle
this would stop same time as cycle. (do i need this really?)
If i start showing signs of Gyno mid cycle can i stop the LDex start taking
Nolva 40mgs for 5days then drop down to 20mgs untill i notice gyno going away then continue using Nolva at 10mgs till end of cycle?
slowly adding cals to my diet 400cals every 2 weeks will ensure i get 2xg protein p/lbs
minimal fat intake and fill cals with carbs.
Can i work each muscle twice a week? or do i still need alot of rest to get big
also as soon as i get off cycle can i start EC stack to stop catabolism? i dont like using clen not really comfortable on it but i looooove EC
