AI's Adex-tamox-while on cycle if gyno prone

Im on my 3rd-4th week of my test e cycle.-500mgs a week
Im gyno prone unfourunetly.. so im starting my AI
(Adex)
and taking 50mgs of it EOD...
After reading Warmachines post on Estrogen control,(f-ing awsome post) just wanna make sure i got this right...Ishould or shouldnt use tamox(nolva) with my Adex during the rest of my cycle and through PCT..
or only if the Adex doesnt work. & I also have HCG. but thought I would wait till PCT. so just wanting to see what the more experienced guys think.

I think you should use an ai like arimidex or exemestane during your cycle, and save the nolva for your pct.

I assume you mean .5mgs a day. The whole bottle is only 30mgs.

How far advanced is the gyno?

Puffy/itchy nips? A small lump.....?

If you feel a lump forming I would hit the adex with nolva until the lump goes away. .5mg/eod should help but nolva ALWAYS reduces the size of the lump for me so I always include it. Once the lump disappears..... continue with adex and reduce nolva to 10mg's/ed for a week or so..... then stop it until PCT.

Regarding HCG..... you should start using it now and run it up till a week or so before PCT......

Thanks haz. yea its "a lil puffy" but its kinda been like that all the time dure to b.f. and lack of lower chest development, but i did notice a little lumps arpound there. so the adex and nolva ive been doing for 4 days so far and its not getting worst. and as far as hcg is it sub q? or I>M.? i dont have alot, how often and what doseage would you reccomend?
