    Ar-r Clen/T3 good?

    So i am on the 3rd day.
    In the past i heard that ar-r clen/t3 makes u shake, and sweat like no other and increase heart rate.

    This is my first time taking it.

    first day my hands would shake when i placed them like on a table or something. but thats it. Sitting around my heart rate is around 101 bpm.
    Im not really sweating at all. If anything it seems more like an energy drink to me.
    Clen and t3 actually tasted really good when i took it..

    I am now at 80mcg and nothing different.

    Is this the effect it should, anyone noticed ti tasted really good?

    havnt used there clen or t3, but i herd from alot of people that is good, now when im on clen I shake, sweat,& get an increased heartrate, those are a givin sides with that product. and should be taken when you cant handle them, if 80mcgs of clen is tollerable and giving you the effect you need then stay on that doseage, everyone different IMHO.. good luck

    Do they put Clen/T3 in the same glass? Should I still take Keitofen with that Clen??

    i dunno but you should take keto if you wanna be on clen for longer than 3 week to keep your receptors active..be careful tho t3 can be catabolic

    I plan on doing six weeks. Taking keto 1mg every day after week two.
    I wouldn't say 80mcg is tolerable. More laughable if anything I'm going to up my dose again tomorrow.

    And clen and t3 are in different bottles. Not mixed together. Same with keto not mixed.

    First day I was at 60mcg, then third day was at 80mcg. Tomorrow will be the fifth day. 100mcg.

    Thanks so much. Maybe its just I rarely get affected by sides. I never get sides from roids or tren. The only time I did was when I had some pharma grade test e and got pimples on my shouldersm

    I love the ar-r clen/t3 combo, both chems are very strong and you should definitely seem some results. I never go above 100 mcgs for either chem.

    Ar-r clen/t3 combo is good to go. They flavor their chems for easier swallowing.

    If you have elevated heart rate and the shakes then it sounds like it's working. Not everyone experiences every side.

    When I think shakes I think when your cold and shivering. increase heart rate yes.

    It doesn't make you shiver. It makes you tremble, like you can't text or eat soup.

    yea texting or typing is tough, but the ar-r clen and t3 work great, you will definitely lose some weight.

    Must be I don't get effected by sides much because I am at 120mcg of both clen and t3. And I sometimes have coffee and I am on my blackberry writing this post.

    ive done two 2-week cycles of clenbuterol, and I personally didnt notice any significant fat loss, I did however experience some of the other sides in the first couple of days.

    How much carbs are you supposed to intake daily on clen? I think I may have been consuming too many.

    Law of thermodynamics. Cals in vs cals out. If your eating more cals then expanding then your not going to lose weight.
