First timer in need of some help
Ok, Im 25 ive been hitting the weights for over a year and the results have started to slow dramatically so i decided to do a cycle. I asked a friend of mine to get me something and the following is what i recieved 10 250mg ampules of test 10 200mg vials of deca 60 tabs of zitazonium (tamoxifen ) and a 100 tabs of some liver support stuff called lagosa. Well now i have the stuff and have no idea of how much to take and when to take it. any help would be greatly appreciated

Deca is not a good idea for a first cycle..

well assuming that your body fat percetge is lower then 15%
PCT
Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

Have you tried more food? People often dont eat more as they grow.
Or mix up your workout routine? Just a thought.
If youre hell bent on taking the gear research this site like hell. You'll realise why you should drop the deca . Dont know anything about orals myself as I dont go there.
Is your test sust 250 by any chance? You'd want to stick to just the test for your first cycle (Its a great solid base to start with)
If you can return the deca and pills. Get yourself at least double the amount of test you have atm. If youre running 500mg of test a week you only have enough for 5 weeks there. And that is too short.

yea you dont have near enough gear test or deca to do a proper cycle I would put the deca away or another cycle and get more test at least double what you have now
I would also get some clomid and an AI for erse's before you cycle

If I were you I would get another two years training experience before even thinking about a cycle. The problem with people using thAt are not ready for it results in a wasted effort. If you intend on being dedicated enough to use gear, then you have to also set a strict diet and rest pattern. Only one full year working out doesn't show that IMO. But I don't know you personally and may be wrong. Just my two cents.
